Munholland Ministry During Coronavirus
Munholland’s New Covid Protocol:
Friends,
Delta has declined, and Louisiana is opening back up. We no longer ask for anyone to wear a mask in our facilities. Food is also permitted. Of course, anyone can wear a mask as they please. Individuals must decide how to manage their concerns based on their individual or family situations.
In Christ’s love,
Louis Gilbert, Karen Zollinger, Duke Eversmeyer, M.D., Ellaine Wilson, Mike Lepper, and Jonathan Beck, Senior Pastor
Worship with Us In-person or Online
Available all day Sundays
We hope you will worship with us in-person at 8:30 AM and in-person or online at 11:00 AM through the livestream. Past Sunday Service videos can be viewed on Munholland’s YouTube page. When you do, we encourage you to put the phones down, sing aloud, and pray along. We know it’s not ideal, but we believe we can still worship God “in spirit and in truth” even from our homes.
Ways to Serve
Good Samaritan Ministry
Be a Good Samaritan
This ministry team is composed of everyone who signs up to serve through running to the grocery or pharmacy, dropping off meals, or dropping off ministry packages from Munholland. This ministry is especially important for us to take care of our seniors and others who are at high risk. Are you wanting to help those in need during this difficult time? Contact the church office at 504.834.9910.
Need a Good Samaritan?
If you are in need of some non-medical assistance like grocery or medication delivery or just want someone from the Good Samaritan Team contact the church office at 504.834.9910.
Love and Support our Neighbors
Here are a few of the local businesses that I would like to give a shout out to. They have supported Munholland during the last year that I have been here with donations for our events. All of them gave free tickets, free services or donation of their time willingly to support our events. Gift Certificates are a great way to help support them right now. Check out their websites and see how you can help them stay afloat during their time of need.

Prayer
Prayer is powerful! For many years a number of persons have participated in the Prayer Team of Munholland. Normally they receive a weekly list of the prayer concerns submitted on the pew cards or directly requested to church staff. Given the current situation, some of you may want to be added to this important ministry. If so, please email Charlotte Call or contact the church office at 504.834.9910 and you will receive the lists of prayers requests on a regular basis.
Discipleship Resources
